How do I place an order?
Select your award style, enter the quantity, upload engraving details or logos, and proceed to checkout. Within one business day you’ll receive a proof for approval as well as an invoice, production starts only after you click “Approve” and you have paid the invoice. You may be invoiced separately for shipping costs. Alternatively, email your order details to [email protected].
What is the standard production time?
Standard lead time is 5-10 business days from final proof approval. This does not include carrier transit time. If you require something quickly, please reach out to us at [email protected]
Can you accommodate rush orders?
Yes. Expedite options as quick as 1-3 business days are available on many styles. Rush fees and expedited shipping charges apply, contact us for a quote.
Will I see a proof before you engrave?
Absolutely. Every order receives a PDF, spellings, and logo placement. Nothing is produced without your written sign‑off.
Do you ship directly to individual agents?
We offer drop‑shipping worldwide. Drop shipments are $10.00 per address for domestic and $25.00 per address for international.
What if my award arrives damaged or with an engraving error?
Email photos to [email protected] within 3 business days. We’ll remake and reship at no cost under our Return & Replacement Promise.
